Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Size issue (subject to stock availability)

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Customers must provide order details and product pictures for verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ordered item is out of stock after payment
  • A damaged or incorrect item cannot be exchanged

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Charges
